About the Event

Get your hands dirty as we improve the trail and belay area for the Paramount Pinical in Camp Hale. Our objective is to help mitigate erosion and create sustainable access.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Where: The Camp Hale Paramount Pinical is located off the main entrance to Camp Hale. Drive about .8 miles past Nova Guides (heading South) on 10th Mtn Memorial Highway and turn onto Camp Hale Spur 1B (Rd. 716.1b). Drive straight for about .5 miles crossing the little bridge near the abandoned military structure. Make a right-hand turn on Rd. 714.1 and park.

What: Because conservation is one of E.C.C.C.s core missions, we are excited to provide an opportunity for the community to come together and spend time taking care of our recreational areas. We will be improving the trail and belay areas around the pinnacle. Be prepared for physical labor, so bring some work gloves, water, and a lunch.

When: The Trail Building Day has been delayed for a short time. The US Forrest Service would like to provide additional support to ECCC, and we are coordinating with them to accomplish this. There is no registration (though R.S.V.P.s are encouraged), and you are welcome to come and go as you please. Join us anytime during the event and stay as long as you want.

Thank you to Eagle Climbing + Fitness for providing the tools and equipment. Their partnership with E.C.C.C. is greatly appreciated.

Please, if possible, RSVP so we have an idea of how many people will be attending. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at eaglecountycc@gmail.com; see you there!
